Check Your DateCacapon Resort State Park gives couples what private venues cannot manufacture: a real mountain. Ridge overlooks for ceremonies, forest light for portraits, and the lodge to bring everyone together after dark. We have filmed three weddings here — dance-fueled, epic, and quietly outdoor — and the park keeps proving it can host any style.
From our Martinsburg studio the park is about forty minutes, well inside our no-travel-fee range. We know its hours of light, its weather moods, and how to move a wedding party between overlook and lodge without losing the day’s momentum.
